InboxLee bills through a secure payment processor. Mailboxes are a monthly subscription. Domain registrations are added as one-time line items on the first invoice of that subscription. You enter card details once via secure checkout and manage everything (card, invoices, cancellation) from the billing portal.
What costs what
Two invoices per order
Every paid order produces two records in /client/invoices: an InboxLee-branded receipt with our logo and invoice number, plus a downloadable invoice PDF. Use whichever one your finance team prefers for reconciliation.
Refunds and cancellations
If a mailbox fails to go live (DNS verification timeout, registrar reject), the charge is refunded to your card. Domain registrations are non-refundable per registrar policy.
Cancel any mailbox at any time from the dashboard or directly in the billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period - no proration credit, but the mailbox stays live until the period ends.
