Inboxlee bills through Stripe. Mailboxes are a monthly Stripe Subscription. Domain registrations are added as one-time line items on the first invoice of that subscription. You enter card details once via Stripe Checkout and manage everything (card, invoices, cancellation) from the Stripe-hosted billing portal.

What costs what

  • Domain registration: passed-through registrar pricing + $1 markup on the cheapest available registrar, charged once on the first invoice.
  • Google Workspace mailbox: $2.50/seat/month, billed monthly via Stripe on the subscription anchor date (the day of your first charge).
  • Microsoft 365 mailbox (coming soon): same $2.50/seat/month flat rate.
  • Pre-warmed Google or Microsoft mailbox: $5/mailbox/month. Skip the 14-day warmup - mailboxes are warmed in our controlled environment for 14+ days before delivery and have never been used by anyone else.
  • Lee SMTP (coming soon): dedicated-IP plan for senders above 200k cold sends/month.
  • Two invoices per order

Every paid order produces two records in /client/invoices: an Inboxlee-branded receipt with our logo and invoice number, plus the Stripe-hosted invoice PDF straight from Stripe. Use whichever one your finance team prefers for reconciliation.

    Refunds and cancellations

If a mailbox fails to go live (DNS verification timeout, registrar reject), the charge is refunded to your card via Stripe. Domain registrations are non-refundable per registrar policy.

Cancel any mailbox at any time from the dashboard or directly in the Stripe billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period - no proration credit, but the mailbox stays live until the period ends.
