Integration sync failed

When mailboxes do not appear in your sending tool, here is the fix.

If you connected an integration and mailboxes never appeared in the destination tool, the cause is almost always one of three things.

1. Wrong API key scope

The destination tool's API key may not have email-account write scope. Check the destination tool's settings and regenerate with the correct scope.

2. Workspace mismatch

Some sending tools have multiple workspaces under one account. Confirm the API key was generated in the workspace where you expect mailboxes to land.

3. No live mailboxes yet

Inboxlee only syncs live mailboxes - mailboxes still warming up via DNS verification do not sync until they go live. Wait for the live state, or click Resync after the mailbox is live.
