No. Warmup runs on your cold-email sender (Smartlead, Instantly, Lemlist). When you connect your sender API key, Inboxlee reads warmup day, daily volume, and curve per mailbox, so you see the numbers in one dashboard. Your sender warms; we track.

How is this different from buying domains and Google Workspace myself?

Manual setup is a 30 to 60 minute DNS-and-tenant operation per domain, repeated per mailbox, with a real chance of a misconfigured DKIM record killing deliverability silently. Inboxlee runs the same flow in a 2 minute wizard, applies SPF, DKIM, and DMARC correctly on first try, and keeps verifying with the registrar and Workspace until the mailbox is live (typically 10 to 30 minutes including DNS propagation).

Why 2 to 3 mailboxes per domain?

4+ mailboxes on one domain drops Gmail inbox placement by 27 points in our internal data. The deliverability sweet spot is 2 to 3. We enforce this in checkout, so you cannot order 5 mailboxes on one domain by accident.

How many emails can I send per mailbox per day?

Accepted Answer

For safe cold outbound, 10 to 20 emails per mailbox per day. Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 will technically allow you to push higher (closer to 500/day at full reputation), but our partner-program data shows sustained sends above 20/day correlate with placement decline. We deliberately stay in the 10-20 range. Combined with 2-3 mailboxes per domain, that is 20-60 cold sends per day per domain, scaling linearly with domain count.

Provisioning soon. We are an official Microsoft 365 CSP partner; the provisioning pipeline is in private testing. Pricing matches Google Workspace at $2.50 per mailbox per month.

Are you compliant with cold email laws (CAN-SPAM, GDPR)?

GDPR-compliant for infrastructure provisioning. Compliance for outbound campaigns themselves is on you, since we do not write or send your campaigns. We surface the deliverability signals (placement tests, blacklist checks, infra health) you need to operate inside the rules.

When do I get billed?

Accepted Answer

Per mailbox, only once it is live. If a mailbox fails to provision, you do not pay for it. Domain registration is charged once at checkout. Cancel any mailbox or domain at any time.

New to email auth? What are SPF, DKIM, DMARC, and MX?

Accepted Answer

SPF tells Gmail and Outlook which servers are allowed to send mail for your domain; missing it routes you straight to spam. DKIM is a cryptographic signature that proves you actually sent the message and nobody altered it in transit; inboxes trust signed mail more. DMARC is the policy that tells inbox providers what to do when SPF or DKIM fail; without it, Gmail and Yahoo now reject your mail outright. MX points your domain at a mail provider so it can receive replies; without correct MX records, prospects’ responses bounce. Inboxlee applies all four automatically. You never touch a DNS record.
