Instantly uses the same connect flow as Smartlead: API key → paste → sync. Sending limits are auto-configured based on mailbox warmup day.

Step 1 - Generate keys

In Inboxlee → Settings → API keys, create a key with mailboxes:read. In Instantly → Settings → Integrations → API, generate a key with email-account read scope.

Step 2 - Connect in Inboxlee

Inboxlee dashboard → Integrations → Instantly → Connect. Paste the Instantly key. Save. All live mailboxes sync to Instantly within seconds.

Step 3 - Verify limits

Open each mailbox in Instantly → Email Accounts.

Confirm the daily send limit matches your warmup stage.

After day 14, cap at 10 to 20 per day per mailbox for cold outbound.
