Roadmap

What is shipped. What is next.

Honest about where we are. No vapor on this page - anything in “Shipped” is running in production today for our founding cohort. Anything in “In progress” or “Up next” has a real engineering bet behind it.

Shipped6
Domain registration + auto-DNS
Buy a domain at checkout. SPF, DKIM 2048-bit, DMARC quarantine and MX applied automatically through accredited registrars.
Google Workspace provisioning
Live mailbox provisioning through the official Google partner program. ~90 seconds from order to live mailbox.
Blacklist monitoring (14 sources)
Continuous scan of Spamhaus, SURBL, Barracuda, SNDS and 10 more. Surfaced per-mailbox in the dashboard.
One-click ESP exports
Smartlead, Instantly, Lemlist, Apollo, Outreach, Reply.io. Drop credentials once, every new mailbox flows in.
Stripe Subscription billing
Mailboxes billed monthly via Stripe. Domains charged once on the first invoice. Card management and PDF receipts in the Stripe-hosted billing portal.
Workspace RBAC
Owner / Member / Viewer roles. Audit log on every action. Invite teammates with read-only or full permissions.
In progress3
Microsoft 365 provisioning
Pipeline through the official Microsoft 365 CSP partner program. Currently in private testing with a small cohort. Public launch this quarter.
REST API for provisioning
Programmatic mailbox orders for agencies running cohort provisioning at scale. Auth + endpoint design done; rate-limit work in progress.
Deeper warmup-day tracking
Beyond reading the sender API: day-over-day deliverability comparison, per-mailbox warm-up curve overlays, alerts on stalled warm-ups.
Up next4
Lee SMTP - dedicated IPs
For senders pushing 200k+/month. JMRP + Yahoo FBL registered. Phased IP warming. SLA-backed support.
Additional ESP integrations
Salesloft, Mailshake, Hunter, Woodpecker. Driven by customer requests - tell us which one you need at info@inboxlee.com.
Sender reputation scoring
Composite reputation score per mailbox using DNS health, blacklist hits, seed placement and bounce telemetry. Surfaced as one number.
White-label / agency mode
For agencies running cold email on behalf of multiple clients. Custom domain, branded credential delivery, per-client billing.
Considering

Things we will build only if the bet is right.

These have a real customer pull but a meaningful engineering cost or a quality bar we have not yet cleared. We will only commit when we are confident we will ship something better than what already exists.

Custom warmup runners
Run warmup directly inside Inboxlee instead of relying on the customer’s sending tool. Quality bar: only ship if it materially beats existing warmers.
Domain marketplace
Aged domains with full provenance logs, ready for day-one sending. Quality bar: only list domains we have personally vetted.
Self-host / on-prem
For PE-portfolio outbound teams that need their own tenant. Quality bar: enough demand to justify the maintenance overhead.
