Terms of Service
1. Acceptance
By using Inboxlee, you agree to these Terms. If you are using Inboxlee on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind that company.
2. Service description
Inboxlee provides cold email infrastructure: domain registration, DNS configuration, email mailbox provisioning via Google Workspace and Microsoft 365, warmup-day tracking via your sending tool API, deliverability monitoring, and related tools. We are an authorized reseller of Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 via our partner agreement. Warmup itself runs on your sending tool (Smartlead, Instantly, Lemlist, etc.); Inboxlee reads the curve back via the same API key.
3. Billing
Mailbox subscriptions are billed monthly per active mailbox via our PCI-compliant payment processor. Domain registrations are charged once at checkout on the first invoice. Refunds are available for failed provisioning within 48 hours and are processed back to the original payment method.
4. Acceptable use
You may not use Inboxlee for spam, phishing, illegal content, or harassment. Mailboxes that fail infrastructure health checks (DNS auth failures, blacklist hits, seed test placement drops) may be automatically suspended to protect domain reputation. You will be notified before and after suspension. You are responsible for compliance with CAN-SPAM, GDPR, and applicable regulations.
5. Data ownership
You own your data. Export anytime from Settings in CSV, JSON, or SQL format. Data retained 30 days after closure then permanently deleted.
6. Limitation of liability
Inboxlee is not liable for lost revenue due to deliverability changes at third-party providers. Liability capped at amounts paid in the prior 30 days.
