MagicLee is the provisioning wizard that turns a goal ("I need 12 cold-email mailboxes by Friday") into the right number of domains, the right DNS records, the right mailbox accounts, and the right credentials, automatically. It is nine steps because each lock prevents a class of mistake we have seen too many times.
Why nine steps
Each step locks one decision before the next becomes available. You cannot order 5 mailboxes on one domain by accident. You cannot pick an SPF setup that conflicts with an existing one. You cannot start provisioning before Stripe confirms payment for the order. The wizard refuses configurations we already know fail.
Save and exit
Every step is saved as you complete it. Close the tab and come back later - you pick up exactly where you left off, with the cart sidebar still showing the running total. Cart state persists for 7 days; after that, prices are re-checked because domain availability and registrar pricing can shift.
Multi-domain orders
For an order of 12 mailboxes you will end up with 4–6 domains (depending on your 2-or-3-per-domain choice). MagicLee handles this in one cart - you do not run the wizard 4 times. Domain names are auto-suggested based on a brand-keyword input you provide on Step 2; override any suggestion before locking the cart.
Migrating an existing domain
On Step 1, choose Migrate. The wizard scans current DNS, flags conflicts (most commonly two SPF records), and shows the proposed change before applying. If you reject the proposed DNS change, the migration aborts cleanly with no record edits.
A domain with prior mail history (active reputation) is more valuable than a brand-new one. Migrate first, provision new ones only when needed.
