1. What we collect
We collect only what's needed to provision and operate your mailbox infrastructure: account details, the domains you connect, mailbox metadata, and billing information processed by our payment provider.
2. What we do not collect
We never read the contents of your mailboxes. We do not track recipients. Warmup sends pass through InboxLee infrastructure but content is not stored or analyzed. InboxLee provisions and monitors infrastructure, your email content is yours alone.
3. How we use your data
Provisioning the infrastructure you request, billing, deliverability monitoring, and abuse prevention. We do not sell your data. We do not share it with advertisers.
4. Subprocessors
We rely on Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, and a small set of infrastructure and payment providers: a payments processor, managed database and authentication, application hosting, transactional email delivery, and accredited domain registrars. The current list of named subprocessors is provided on request to privacy@inboxlee.com and to Data Processing Agreement (DPA) signatories.
5. Your rights
You can export all your data anytime from Settings. You can delete your workspace from Settings; data is retained for 30 days then permanently removed. GDPR rights (access, rectification, erasure) honored on request to privacy@inboxlee.com.
