Pick a domain, configure DNS, choose a mailbox provider, set the count, and check out. Nine steps. Two minutes.

Today we are shipping MagicLee, the guided provisioning wizard. It is the fastest way to go from no infrastructure to a live cold-email mailbox stack, with the safest defaults baked in.

What MagicLee handles

  • Domain registration on the cheapest registrar with .com defaults
  • DNS records (SPF, DKIM 2048, DMARC quarantine, MX) applied automatically
  • Mailbox count enforcement - 2 to 3 per domain
  • Stripe Checkout for payment - card on file managed in the Stripe billing portal
  • Sending tool selection (Smartlead, Instantly, Lemlist) with API key prompt

Why nine steps

Each step locks one decision before the next becomes available. You cannot order 5 mailboxes on one domain by accident. You cannot pick an SPF setup that conflicts with your existing one. The wizard refuses configurations we know will fail.

Try MagicLee

Sign up and run the wizard. Your first mailbox is live in roughly the time it takes to grab a coffee.

Frequently asked

What is MagicLee?

MagicLee is Inboxlee's guided provisioning wizard - the nine-step flow that takes a new customer from "no cold-email infrastructure" to a live mailbox stack in roughly two minutes. Domain registration, DNS configuration (SPF, DKIM 2048, DMARC quarantine, MX), mailbox provisioning, sending-tool integration, and payment all in one sequence with safe defaults at every step.

Why does MagicLee enforce 2 to 3 mailboxes per domain?

Because the fourth mailbox on a single domain drops Gmail inbox placement by roughly 27 percentage points compared to a 2-mailbox-per-domain baseline, per partner-program telemetry. The wizard refuses configurations we know will fail - you cannot order 5 mailboxes on one domain by accident, and you cannot pick an SPF setup that conflicts with your existing one.

Does MagicLee work with bring-your-own-domain?

Yes. Step 1 lets you choose between buying a new domain through Inboxlee or connecting an existing one. The BYOD path audits the existing DNS for conflicts (SPF, DKIM, DMARC, MX) before any change, refuses to proceed if conflicts are detected, and walks you through merging them safely.

How long does the MagicLee wizard take to complete?

Roughly two minutes of active clicking for the customer, plus 5 to 30 minutes of automated provisioning afterward (domain registration, DNS propagation, DKIM verification). You can leave the dashboard during the wait - a notification fires when the mailbox is live.
