Quickstart: provisioning your first cold-email mailbox in two minutes
From signup to a live, warming Google Workspace mailbox - every step, in order.
Inboxlee's end-to-end provisioning flow takes roughly two minutes from signup to a live mailbox. Here is exactly what happens, in order, so you know what to expect.
Step 1 - Sign up
Sign up at /signup with your work email or Google SSO. Name your workspace after your company or outbound team. Takes 30 seconds. No credit card required.
Step 2 - Run MagicLee
MagicLee is the provisioning wizard. Pick a domain (or bring your own), choose Google Workspace, set the mailbox count (2 or 3 per domain - the wizard enforces the ceiling), and pay via Stripe Checkout. Takes 60 seconds.
Step 3 - Wait for DNS
Inboxlee buys the domain, applies SPF/DKIM/DMARC/MX, provisions the Workspace mailbox, and polls for DKIM verification. Typical time: 5 to 30 minutes. You can leave the dashboard - a notification fires when the mailbox is live.
Step 4 - Receive credentials
Credentials arrive via a one-time secure link expiring 24 hours after order completion. Open the link, copy the credentials into your sending tool (or use the Inboxlee API/CSV export), and start warming.
Step 5 - Connect your sender
- In Inboxlee → Integrations, connect Smartlead, Instantly, or Lemlist
- Mailboxes flow into your sender automatically
- Warmup-day data flows back into Inboxlee via the same API key
- Track placement, blacklist health, and warmup curve in one dashboard
Sign up, run MagicLee, and your first mailbox is live in roughly the time it takes to grab a coffee.
Sign upFrequently asked
How long does it take to provision my first cold-email mailbox with Inboxlee?
Roughly two minutes of active work plus 5 to 30 minutes of automated DNS verification. You sign up, run the MagicLee wizard, pick a domain + mailbox count, and pay - then Inboxlee buys the domain, applies SPF/DKIM/DMARC/MX, provisions the Workspace mailbox, and polls for verification. Notification fires when the mailbox is live.
Do I need a credit card to sign up for Inboxlee?
No card required to sign up. You only enter payment when you provision your first mailbox via the MagicLee wizard - payment is handled through Stripe Checkout, with mailboxes billed monthly as a Stripe Subscription and domain registration as a one-time line item.
Can I bring my own domain instead of buying one through Inboxlee?
Yes. The MagicLee wizard has a "Bring your own domain" path. Inboxlee scans the existing DNS for conflicts (existing SPF, conflicting MX, prior DMARC), refuses to proceed if any are detected, and lets you merge them before connecting any mailbox.
How do I receive my mailbox credentials after provisioning?
Via a one-time secure link sent to your account email, expiring 24 hours after order completion. Open the link, copy the credentials into your sending tool (Smartlead, Instantly, Lemlist, Apollo) or use the Inboxlee API/CSV export. Inboxlee does not store the credentials after the link expires.
