Inboxlee actively protects domain reputation through five enforced safeguards: (1) a 2-to-3 mailboxes-per-domain ceiling enforced at checkout, blocking the 4-mailbox cliff that drops Gmail placement by 27 percentage points; (2) daily blacklist monitoring across 14 sources with instant alerts; (3) auto-suspension when seed placement drops below 50% for 2 consecutive days, isolating the affected mailbox before reputation damage propagates; (4) DKIM key rotation every 12 months using the dual-selector method; (5) DMARC quarantine by default with a guided path to p=reject after 14 days of clean reports. Every domain receives a 0-to-100 infrastructure health score updated daily.

### CRM and tool integration
Inboxlee integrates with the full outbound stack: native API connections to Smartlead, Instantly, Lemlist, Apollo, Outreach, and Reply.io for one-click mailbox sync. Outbound webhooks fire on every mailbox lifecycle event (provisioned, live, warmup_complete, health_alert, domain.expiring) for direct integration with Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive, Close, Attio, or any other CRM via webhook handlers or Zapier.
